The elastic strap holds your paper close to the table at the opposite end from the paper roll holder. The elastic-band included with your paper roll holder, is stitched in a continuous loop, like a giant rubber band. The tough powder coated finish makes cleaning easy: just wipe with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soapy water. Snap on insertion rods secure the unit to the table.
