The Guelfo Armchair by Opinion Ciatti, designed by Lapo Ciatti in 2015, is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic 18th-century wingback chair. Drawing inspiration from medieval Florence, its name pays homage to the Guelfs, one of the city's historic factions. This piece masterfully blends traditional elements, such as the elaborate capitonné quilting, with contemporary details like a sleek black nickel-plated structure, resulting in a design that is both timeless and avant-garde.

In 2018, the collection expanded to include the Guelfo Fur, featuring a soft white faux fur upholstery, adding a playful and luxurious touch to the line.
